Spring Thing FAQ

1. What is Spring Thing?
Spring Thing is an after hours celebration for JPL employees and a guest of their choice that includes games, karaoke, food, and entertainment.

2. Does it cost anything to attend?
Yes. Tickets are $15.00 and can be purchased through Paypal (see box on the right). Arrangements for ticket purchases can also be made by contacting Amber Holley, Argyle Branch Manager at aholley@coj.net

3. Will there be food?

Tidbits will be providing fare for the event. The menu will include sandwiches, pasta or potato salad, chips, and desserts.

4. Can I bring my kids?
No. Spring Thing is intended to be an opportunity for adults to relax and have fun.

5. Am I required to attend?

Attendance is not required. Spring Thing is just for fun.

6. Will I receive training credit?
No. Spring Thing is not a training event. It is intended to be a time for all of us to spend time catching up and enjoying good food.

7. Will I have to pay for parking?
Parking validation for the garage will be provided. Additional parking on the street will be free.

8. What kind of activities will there be?

In addition to the paper airplane contest, there will be karaoke, a wide selection of Wii and Xbox Kinect games, and live entertainment.

9. Live entertainment, you say?!
